*Tourist visa for Mainland China

Hong Kong belongs to China since 1997. French people do not need any visa to visit Hong Kong as tourists... but they do if they want to travel around China, they need a tourist visa...

So where can you get a tourist visa for China ?

1) From the Chinese Embassy in France...but I personally do not recommand it... I think the visa would be more expensive if you get it in France...

2) In Hong Kong...but where ? I was told that the prices vary a lot here... so go to :

TO go over there, take the MTR (subway) or the KCR until Tsim Shat Tsui.
Go to the East Ocean Centre.
The travel agency is on the 5th floor.

You can get a China visa in two days :
- multiple entry for 450 HK$ (45 euros)
- 2 entries for 300 HK$ (30 euros)
- single entry for 200 HK$ (20 euros)

Just go with your passport and a photography.
And after picking up your visa, enjoy Mainland China !
